The Fixed volume sampling system is designed to obtain an accurate sample volume. The volume needed can be determined by the customer. This sample system is primarily used for high or low pressure,tanks and pipelines sampling as well as sampling for material of various viscosities.
1.Features.
1)Sample systems utilize a variety of materials to meet the needs of different substances.
2)The system is mounted on a 304 stainless steel plate. Operational procedures are clearly stated on the plate. Plate is designed with a sampling valve on the front in order to improve ease of use. Valve, tubing and connectors are placed on the rear of the plate to ensure operator safety.
3)The sample valve is easy to remove and the purge needle and vent needle can easily be replaced.
4)Nitrogen purge system, this feature uses nitrogen gas to clean any trace materials from the system before and after samples are collected. It also stops needle blockage and maintains purity of samples.
5)The system comes with a protective sleeve with viewing window. Aside from just protecting the sample bottle and needle, this sleeve also allow operator to clearly view the remaining volume of the sample thus maintaining accurate measurements. The pretective sleeves and sample bottles are available in various sizes.
6)An accurate amount of sample material can be acquired with each use. A cooler and pressure control device can also be fixed to the system as need arises.
2.Types.
1). YW-VRC-YC-5D Sampling System
Description: The YW-VRC-YC-5D sampling system is designed to acquire a fixed amount of sample material. The fixed volume cylinder is changeable according to need. The system allows for sample to be taked directly from the source thus ensuring the purity of the sample. Utilizing a nitrogen purge divice and flow meter helps to ensure operator safety during inspection and use.
Application: Useful for high / low pressure sampling, also useful for samples of various viscosities.

2.) YW-VRC-YC-2D Sampling System
Description: This system utilizes a fixed volume chamber and an isolation valve to allow continuous flow during sampling which ensures the purity of the sample. This system is designed to endure high temperatures and high pressure thus solving any complications that may arise from these factors. Utilizing this system, an operator can obtain an accurate sample volume within the fixed volume chamber as needed. Utilizing a nitrogen purge divice and flow meter helps to ensure operator safety during inspection and use. A cooling device may also be attached to the system as needed.
Application: Useful for high pressure and high / low temperature sampling, also useful for samples of various viscosities
