YW Manual Continuous sample system is a closed loop liquid sampler that satisfies many sampling needs. It is fit for low temperature and low pressure applications. This system will take emission free, pure samples while ensuring operator safety. Our patented valve design ensures zero dead volume throughout the sample valve assembly. Easy to install and operate. The system is controlled just by turning the valve, process pressure is then used to dispense the sample into the sample bottle.
1.Features of YW Manual Continuous Sampling System:
1).YW Manual Continuous Sampling system may be comprised of various materials in order to comply with main piping systems and sample substances.
Versatile materials are available to meet with different needs according to different main pipe material and different types of media
2).The system is mounted on a 304 stainless steel plate, designed with a unique valve system to eliminate any risk of harm throughout the entire sampling process. Tubing and connectors are mounted on the rear of the plate. The flow control valve is located on the front of the plate in order to ensure ease of use and guaranteed safety.
3).The sample valve is easy to remove and the purge needle and vent needle can easily be replaced.
4).Nitrogen purge system, this feature uses nitrogen gas to clean any trace materials from the system before and after samples are collected. It also stops needle blockage and maintains purity of samples.
5). The system comes with a protective sleeve with viewing window. Aside from just protecting the sample bottle and needle, this sleeve also allow operator to clearly view the remaining volume of the sample thus maintaining accurate measurements. The pretective sleeves and sample bottles are available in various sizes.
2.Types of YW Manual Continuous Sampling System:
1). Standard YW-VRV-YC-1D Liquid Sampling System
Description:
Utilizing the YW-VRV-YC-1D sampling system allows for continuous flow during and after sampling to ensure sample purity. This system is used for high temeprature and high pressure applications. A valve allows the operator to easily control the flow of sample material. Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inspection and use.
Protective sleeves and sample bottles sizes are changeable.
Application: Useful for high or low pressure sampling or for high and low temperature sampling as well as samples of varying viscosities. Sample can also be put back into the bottle at a lower pressure.

2). YW-VRV-YC-3D Sampling System
Description: This system features a 1/4 turn, three way ball valve. This valve system is very easy to use and allows for continuous flow during sampling. It also allow unused sample material to return back to the original supply source. But, when sample is first placed in the container or returned to container later there are pressure requirements that must be met.
Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inspection and use.
Protective sleeves and sample bottles sizes are changeable.
Application: Useful for low pressure and low temperature sampling allowing for return and lower viscosity substances.

3). YW-VRV-YC-4D Sampling System
Description: This system is designed to be placed into a sealed sample bottle. Without the use of a nitrogen purge system, the YW-VRV-YC-4D system has a feature available which can clean the entire system of any impurities.
Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inspection and use.
Protective sleeves and sample bottles sizes are changeable.
Application: Used for storage tanks and pipelines with high viscosity substances.
