LPG sampling system
The LPG sampling system can be used for high pressure gases or liquids. Once samples have been obtained they are stored in a sample cylinder. Once the cylinder is completely sealed it can easily be transported to a laborotory for testing. Once the cylinder has been assembled the tubing system allows for continuous flow ensure sample purity. A nitrogen purge system is then used to clean any remaining sample material completely from the system.
Features of YW LPG Sampling System
1)Sample systems utilize a variety of materials to meet the needs of different substances.
2)The system is mounted on a 304 stainless steel plate. Operational procedures are clearly stated on the plate. Plate is designed with a sampling valve on the front in order to improve ease of use. Valve, tubing and connectors are placed on the rear of the plate to ensure operator safety.
3). Nitrogen purge system, this feature allows uses nitrogen gas to clean any trace materials from the system before and after samples are collected.
4)Pressure guage, clearly displays pressure for safety when disconnecting cylinders.
5)Cylinder comes equipped with a window for visually checking liquid flow into the cylinder.(only for Liquid sample)
6)Cylinder saddles assure cylinder remains in a fixed location with proper cylinder alignment in order to prevent damamge to connections.

1).LPG sampling system (with return / with PNP) YW-VRV-LPG-1Y
YW-VRV-LPG-1Y Sampling System with return and PNP
Description: The YW-VRV-LPG-1Y sampler provides a safe balance of pressure both during the sampling process and after the sample has been obtained. It also provides for safe removal of the sample cylinder once sampling is completed
The cylinder is equipped with a window to allow the operator to clearly monitor the flow and volume of liquid into the container thus avoiding the possibility of expansion and explosion of the cylinder.
Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inpection and use.
This sampler can also be fitted with a cooling system if needed.
Application: Useful for storage of high pressure liquid samples.
