Sample Systems for Gases(inc. LPG&LNG)
Gas sample system is ideal for collecting samples of high pressure gases or liquids. Obtained samples are in a storage cylinder. Once the cylinder is completely sealed it can easily be transported to a laboratory for testing. Once the cylinder is completely assembled it allows for a continuous flow of sample material in order to ensure sample purity. A nitrogen purge system ensures that all impurities are completely removed.
1.Features
1)Sampling systems utilize a variety of materials to meet the needs of different substances.
2)The system is mounted on a 304 stainless steel plate. Operational procedures are clearly stated on the plate. Plate is designed with a sampling valve on the front in order to improve ease of use. Valve, tubing and connectors are placed on the rear of the plate to ensure operator safety.
3) Nitrogen purge system, this feature allows uses nitrogen gas to clean any trace materials from the system before and after samples are collected.
4)System Pressure Gauge Provides status of loop pressure for venting and disconnection of cylinder.
5)Cylinder saddles assure cylinder remains in a fixed location with proper cylinder alignment in order to prevent damamge to connectors.
2.Types
1). Gas Sampler YW-VRV-LPG-1B (With Return and PNP)
Description: This YW-VRV-LPG-1B sampler provides a safe balance of pressure both during the sampling process and after the sample has been obtained. It also provides for safe removal of the sample cylinder once sampling is completed.
Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inpection and use. This sampler can also be fitted with a cooling system if needed.

2). Gas Sampler YW-VRV-LPG-2B (without return and PNP) YW-VRV-LPG-2B
Description: This YW-VRV-LPG-2B sampler provides a safe balance of pressure both during the sampling process and after the sample has been obtained. It also provides for safe removal of the sample cylinder.
Utlizing the nitorgen purge system and flow gauge ensures operator safety during inpection and use. This sampler can also be fitted with a cooling system if needed.
Application: Any excess sample material cannot be returned to the original supply.
